Alison Francis, known to many as Anandi, The Sleep Guru, is an author, educator, and Ayurvedic sleep expert devoted to helping people restore deep rest and balance through the integration of modern science and ancient wisdom.
With more than three decades of experience in wellbeing, Alison’s work brings together Ayurveda, yoga philosophy, breathwork, and modern sleep research. Her signature method — Sleepology by Anandi® — offers a complete roadmap to better sleep, addressing not just the body, but the mind, breath, and environment.
Alison is the author of Breathe Better, Sleep Better and The Yoga Teacher’s Guide to Breathwork, and has been featured in many publications such as Psychologies, The Telegraph and The Daily Mail. Through her teaching, she has trained yoga teachers, wellness professionals, and sleep coaches worldwide to use the breath as a tool for healing and transformation.
